The staff was helpful. They provided a takeaway breakfast because I had a long journey ahead (very thoughtful of them). The grocery shop near the hotel was useful.
Room service was inconsistent. Sometimes the bathroom was not cleaned. they did not renew tea and coffee, or clean the cups.

the room layout proved problematic as the bathroom was difficult to access. the door required stepping into the shower to close. this is not acceptable.

The location was superb. A short walk placed me right among the city's main attractions. i appreciated the provided wi-fi which was solid and dependable for my work needs. the breakfast selection offered adequate choices that started my days well. Local products improved the experience. staff were friendly, they provided prompt assistance with any requests i had.

The breakfast offered a wide choice of options. It was easy to reach everything on foot from the hotel location. The room size was adequate, it had all I needed.
The receptionist could have been friendlier. She did not seem interested in having me as a hotel guest. The facilities were slightly run down. The water pressure on the third floor was terrible. Taking a shower was basically impossible.
